Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Course's purchased also have to be redeemed within 6 months of purchase.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for all missed appointments unless 24 hours notice is given.

A deposit may be required for confirmation of some treatments and are non-refundable.

When booking a treatment we need to be notified of any allergies or medical conditions that you may have, as certain treatments may not be appropriate. If you are in any doubt, please consult your doctor.
